How much time does it take to complete the training?

It will take around 15-20 hours of concentrated study to complete the entire courseware i.e. DVD and book.

However, it also depends on your pace of study.

Is this online training?

No. There will not be any online training. The training is imparted through a handbook and a video DVD.

Who can join this course?

Anybody! There is no minimum or maximum age limit to enroll.

How much updated is the course package? Does it cover all phones?

We continuously try to update the syllabus. We cover the entire concept of fixing all phones including iPhone and Samsung. We cannot cover all models as there are hundreds of models with many new launches every month! All phones have the same parts. The difference between them is the shape, size and placement of the parts.

How do I receive the course material?

We send the course package through courier services like DHL, Fedex and others. It should reach you in 5 to 7 working days after confirmed payment.

What is the difference between this course and the classroom course?

This is a self-study type of training. For this, you will have to study the entire course material sincerely and practice a lot as technical skills can be gained through practice only. As for the classroom course, the student has to attend classes at the institute.

Do you provide a certificate with this training?

No. As we do not conduct any evaluation hence we do not provide any certification with this course.

Can I start cell phone repair business after going through this courseware?

After going through the entire course material and with little practice you will be able to fix phones. But for starting your own business we highly recommend that you join some service center to get experience.

Do you ship this courseware worldwide?

Yes, we ship this courseware all over the world.

Is there any refund policy?

Due to intangible nature of a part of the package, we do not offer any refund. However you can get refund if you apply for it before we ship the course package to you.

Do I need to have any experience in electronics to take this training?

Absolutely not. But having experience in electronics will surely assist in understanding the topics easier and faster.
